You are the proud owner of your own small business. You must do what every good CEO needs to do to succeed; work your office drone into the ground.

InHuman Resources is a tamagotchi built around the office worker.  Keep him fed, comfortable and motivated. Get him sick on a diet of candy bars and coffee. Keep him disciplined with the impending threat of an electrical shock. Do whatever you think you need to do to make money off his labor.
